It is of an open space and nothing is held down: there is comfortable seating, as we find in a living room or family room; there are tables and desks, but these can be moved around, depending on the whims of learner apprentices; it is a smart space, a wireless space where those who come here are free to use pencil and paper, markers, crayons, and scissors, and wireless devices. Its windows are wide, open to the world; there are no walls separating this learning space from hallways either: these are glass, creating a sense of connection between the interior of the institution and the alluring exterior of our lives, nature and the world. We want everyone to see what is going on since what is happening inside has everything to do with what is happening outside. This learning space is about embracing transcendence and mutability as a way to evolve a new humanity. It is a busy space, noisy and messy; student-apprentices and teacher-apprentices move about, alone or in groups, exchanging ideas, presenting, reading quietly or creating.
